Jury's Out

I was a member of the jury in the “Jury’s Out” game. Our assignment as the jury was to come up with questions to ask the prosecution and defence. The debate was about how much responsibility should they bear for the Doom of Mandos/Doom of the Noldor? We debated many points across and the trial was very long in order to come up with a final decision. We decided that the defence was guilty based on their statements. They sometimes went off on a tangent and didn't always have very strong points with evidence which ultimately led to their defeat. The prosecution was very strong in their arguments and they were very organized as well. Everything was well thought out and they even had many points prepared and ready to go almost like they could read our minds.
